Application of Single-Chip Computer in the Overall Control of Electrostatic Copiers

With the aim of meeting the functional requirements of the electrostatic copier, single-chip computer is adopted to provide an overall control in its mechanical, electrical and optical systems. Circuits for intelligent, extended input/output and for automatic control have been introduced in its hardware design. Operation of the electrostatic copier have been analyzed in some depth and a real-time control program developed. Problems concerning the debugging, analysis and further research are discussed.
