A Study of High Quality on Combination Tactile Sensor
The experimentation on a prototype combination tactile sensor based on the piezoelectric effect and the optical total reflection are described. The construction of the sensor is presented . Experimental results show that the force threshold and image clarity are quite satisfactory.
