A Study on Reflection Blazed Chirped Grating

A reflection chirped grating structure having continuously varying sawtooth groove profilers proposed. The result of analysis shows that the type of chirped grating is of very high diffraction efficiency. A concise formula, defined as the chirped function, is presented to describe the relation ship of chirped grating parameters. Finally, an optimization method for reaching at an image point at an arbitrary wavelength is given.
