Twin Mirror Scanner for Laser Scanning and Its Applications

Two - mirror, two - axis scanning system can be utilized in the fields of robot vision, image display and laser scanning. This paper gives the mathematical basis of the system, analyses its inherent error factors, describes the configuration and scanner controller of the system, and shows some of its new applications.
