Network Formation Characteristics in CMDB Binder and Interphase Reinforcements Between Nitramins and the Network

Abstract
The characteristics of network formation between NC macromolecule and diisocyanates (HDI or TDI ) are established by monitoring the changes in sol - gel contents , compressing modulus and crosslinking densities as a function of R value (R = -NCO/-OH ). Four distinguished reaction regions are found in the network nations based on macromolcule reaction features are given. Special coupling agents , coating techniques and low temperature plasma treatment are suggested especially for the improvement and reinforcement of the interphase between nitramines (RDX and HMX)and the above networks .All the three approaches are effectively proved.
