DISCUSSION ON THE EIGENVALUES FOR A CLASS OF REAL SYMMETRIC ORTHONORMAL TRANSFORM IN SIGNAL PROCESSING
Using the property of Gauss sum in the theory of numbers , some results about Gauss sun and its transform are given . So the problem of the eigenvalues of a class of real symmetric orthonormal transforms in signal pro -cessing have been solved .
