THE EFFECT OF ACCELERATION ON THE COMBUSTION OF ALUMINIZED COMPOSITE SOLID PROPELLANTS

  • This paper briefly describes some experimental results of the combustion of aluminized composite solid propellants in an acceleration field. The effects of the accleration vector on the transient burning rate of an aluminized solid propellant and the effect of the acceleration on the combustion pressure. In addition, the mechanism of acceleration-induced turning rate increasing is analgzed and discussed.
