THE KINETIC ENERGY FORMULA OF A MOVING CRACK IN NONLINEAR MEDIUM

Applying the dimension analysis method, the Kinetic energy formula for a moving crack in elasto-plastic medium is deirved.it will be reduce to the well-known Mott's formula when the medium is restricted to a linear elastic one.In this sense it is seen that the Mott's formula is only a special case of the result obtained by this study.
