Abstract:
In order to analyze the effect of information sharing modes on performance of M-R closed-loop supplies chain, firstly, the pricing and profit models were established by considering there is information sharing or not between manufacturers and retailers based on game theory. In addition, the relationship between product recovery and product pricing, product demand, profits of the members of the supply chain and system total profits in the two cases was demonstrated. Finally, performance analysis of the two kinds of information-sharing model on M-R closed-loop supply chain was conducted. The results shows that the manufacturer obtains more profits in the case of information sharing than that of no information sharing, and the manufacturer not only obtains the supply chain increasing profits but also the part of interests of the retailer.
