破甲弹对复合装甲毁伤数值模拟分析

Numerical Simulation on Damage Effects of Shaped Charge to Composite Armor

  • 摘要: 为研究破甲弹对复合装甲的毁伤规律,利用Autodyn非线性动力学软件,建立了破甲射流对复合装甲数值仿真有限元模型,并分别就碰撞点和破甲弹结构参数改变对毁伤效应影响进行了仿真计算与分析,以射流剩余速度和穿孔特征为评估参量,初步得到了破甲弹对复合装甲的毁伤规律. 破甲弹正面进攻主战坦克时,复合装甲的穿透与破坏情况随各板块被侵彻的顺序不同而不同,45°~60°范围内的锥角比较适合作为反复合装甲的破甲弹的药型罩锥角.

     

    Abstract: In order to study damage rule of shaped charge hitting to composite armor, the numerical simulation finite element models of shaped charge hitting to composite armor were built with the nonlinear dynamics software of Autodyn. It analyzed the influence of collision point and structure parameters on damage effect according to numerous simulation results. Taking jet residual velocity and penetration hole as assessment parameters, damage rule of shaped charge hitting to composite armor were obtained. When the tank is attacked at the front side, composite armor being penetrated and damaged will vary with penetration order of all the armor plates. Range of the available liner angle of the shaped charge to attack the composite armor is from 45 degree to 60 degree. Research results are significant to implementing armored vehicles battle damage assessment and repair.
