非均相流模型在气液两相流动计算中的应用及评价

Evaluation of Inhomogeneous Model for Computations of Gas-Liquid Multiphase Flows

  • 摘要: 为评价非均相流模型在气液两相流动计算中的应用,分别采用均相与非均相多相流模型,对方腔通气和平板通气模型的气液两相流动进行了数值计算,并与实验结果进行了对比. 结果表明:相比均相流模型,非均相流模型能较准确计算气相的受力,预测气相的非定常流动过程,所得结果能较精确捕捉方腔中气泡束的周期性摆动和平板上方气泡的周期性断裂、上漂现象;非均相流模型能较好地预测速度场分布,同时能更好地预测压力场的非定常性变化.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, an evaluation of inhomogeneous model for computations of gas-liquid multiphase flows was presented. The gas-liquid multiphase flows in the bubble column and the flows around the plane were simulated with the homogeneous and inhomogeneous model respectively, and the numerical results were compared with the experiment. It is shown that: due to the consideration of the interaction between the two phases, the inhomogeneous model can calculate the force of the gas phase more accurately and simulates the details of transient flows well. The periodic fluctuation of the bubble hose in the column, the break and floating of the bubble around the plane are captured. Meanwhile it can better predict the velocity distribution and the hydrodynamic unsteady characteristics.
