A Passive Realization Method of Ideal Skyhook Damping

  • 摘要: 为解决理想天棚阻尼要求阻尼元件与惯性参考系相连的技术问题,利用"惯容-弹簧-质量"系统的反共振现象,提出一种理想天棚阻尼的被动实现方法. 将这种方法应用于车辆悬架,建立悬架的半车模型,分析悬架系统的频响特性,从理论上检验理想天棚阻尼被动实现方法的正确性与有效性. 结果表明,被动天棚阻尼悬架改善了车辆的低频频响特性,有效抑制了车身垂直和俯仰振动,提高了车辆的乘坐舒适性,实现了理想天棚阻尼悬架的主要功能.

     

    Abstract: A passive realization method was presented for ideal skyhook damping to solve the technical problem in connecting the damper with the inertial reference system. This method takes the anti-resonance phenomenon in the inerter-spring-mass system. The passive realization method of ideal skyhook damping was applied to the vehicle suspension. A half-car model of passive skyhook-damping suspension was built to analyze the frequency-response characteristics of the suspension. The correctness and validity of the passive realization method of ideal skyhook damping were verified in theory. The results show that passive skyhook-damping suspension improves low-frequency response characteristics of vehicle. It inhibits the body's vertical and pitch vibration, as a result, improves ride comfort, and shows the main functions of the ideal skyhook-damping suspension.
