基于碳排放的综合运输流量分配及径路优化
The Optimization Model for Flow Assignment and Routing Plan in Integrated Transportation Based on Carbon Emissions

摘要: 针对有效降低交通运输领域的能源消耗及碳排放问题,从绿色交通的角度,构建了在一定碳排放水平下的公路-铁路综合货运网络流量分配及径路优化模型. 该模型根据多商品网络流理论,设置二元型决策变量,以运输服务水平等为约束条件,以最小化运输费用和碳排放成本为目标. 通过Matlab语言调用Cplex优化器,采用模拟数据对模型进行了验证. 结果表明该模型可以获得较理想的货流分配路径方案.Abstract: A traffic assignment and path optimization model in integrated freight transportation network was proposed within the perspective of green transportation to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions in transportation area. Based on multi-commodity network flow theory, the model proposed in this paper set the binary decision variables which indicated whether the flow passed through the arcs or not, taken the service level as constraint conditions and the minimizing transportation costs and the carbon emissions cost as the goal. Finally, simulated data was used to validate the model by calling Cplex optimizer in Matlab language.
