Abstract:
Since the technology of electronic countermeasure is common in use in actual battle, a calculation method of aircraft survivability under the conditions of self-defence jamming and chaff jamming is studied. First, based on the properties of self-defence jamming and chaff jamming, the calculation formulae of radar detection probability and missile hitting probability are deduced. Then, combining the hitting probability and missile missing distance, the calculation of aircraft vulnerability could be analyzed using the equal kinetic energy killing rule. Further, the calculation method of aircraft survivability could be obtained. Finally, several numerical examples are given. Results show that aircraft survivability is improved fairly on the self-defence jamming and chaff jamming.
