Design of Combustor for Integrated Vehicle Turbocharger and Micro Gas Turbine Auxiliary Generator

摘要: 为发展车载辅机电站技术,考虑到车用涡轮增压器的结构特点,优选设计了一种逆流式单管燃烧室和径向式旋流器. 对燃烧室内部流场进行了数值模拟计算,讨论了旋流器叶片安装角和主燃孔数目对回流区的影响规律,据此对初步设计方案进行了改进. 试验结果表明所设计的燃烧室效率为0.982,出口温度分布系数和不均匀系数分别为0.163和0.094,燃烧性能稳定,可以满足系统的性能要求.Abstract: In order to develop the technology of auxiliary power unit for military and civil vehicles, a kind of counter-flow can-type combustor with radial swirler has been properly designed based on turbocharger structure features. Numerical simulation on the 3-D flow in the combustor was performed. The influence of swirler vane angle and structural parameters for air jet orifices on flow field were analyzed. And then, the design of combustor was optimized. The experimental results indicate that the combustion efficient is 0.982, the exit temperature pattern factor is 0.163 and the temperature distribution factor is 0.094. The design of combustor is reasonable, and the combustion properties could satisfy the system requirements.
