薄壁球壳TIG预变形焊接工艺的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of the Pre-Deform TIG Welding of Thin-Walled Spherical Shells

  • 摘要: 为解决大型薄壁球壳结构TIG预变形焊接的变形分析问题,提出了基于非线性数值计算程序的子结构分析方法. 将整体结构分为法兰-蒙皮子结构和蒙皮主结构两部分. 首先,对子结构进行预变形分析. 在此基础上采用热-弹塑性分析方法对带有预应力的子结构进行焊接热应力场分析. 最后将子结构与主结构组合,并释放约束,得到了焊接后整体结构残余应力及变形场. 结果表明,当焊缝边缘预应力接近材料屈服强度,可以将最大残余变形削减65%.

     

    Abstract: To analyze the deformation of large-scale thin-walled spherical shells during pre-deform TIG welding process, a sub-structure analysis method is proposed based on non-linear numerical calculation procedure. The whole structure is divided into two parts, which are flange-skin substructure and the other part of the shell. First, the pre-deformation of the substructure is analyzed, based on which its thermo-stress field could be obtained by means of thermo-plastic analysis. Afterwards, the substructure is assembled with the other shell part and the constraints are removed, and the residual stress and strain fields of the whole structures could be obtained. The results reveal that, when the pre-stress along the inner edge of the skin reaches its yield stress, the residual deformation would be reduced by 65%.
