Adaptive Prediction of Drivers’ Physiological Indicators Based on Multi-Layer Recursive Model

摘要: 采用多阶递阶模型进行驾驶员生理指标参数的预测研究,详细分析其建模预测方法,以心率指标作为驾驶员生理指标的关键参数,研究多阶递阶模型在驾驶员生理指标参数预测中的应用,并采用Matlab编程对模型求解.结果显示由于多阶递阶充分考虑到了驾驶员生理指标的时变特性和非线性特性,该模型能够很好地跟踪系统的变化趋势,因此其预测精度更高.Abstract: A prediction model based on multi-layer recursive model is proposed to predict the driver's physiological indicators parameters. To study the application of the multi-layer recursive model in prediction of the driver's physiological indicators, heart rate was selected as the key parameter of the driver's physiological indicators, and Matlab was used to simulate the model. The result shows that the multi-layer recursive model can track the trends of the system with higher prediction accuracy due to time-varying characteristics and nonlinear characteristics of the driver's physiological indicators.
