油气平衡悬架可调阻尼阀外特性的设计

External Characteristics Design of Adjustable Damping Valve of Hydro-Pneumatic Balanced Suspension for Vehicles

  • 摘要: 针对油气平衡悬架幅频特性的特点, 提出了其阻尼外特性非线性设计的原则. 以提高整车的瞬态响应特性、平顺性、车轮接地性为目标, 对某油气平衡悬架可调阻尼阀外特性进行了稳健性设计.结果表明, 合理设计可调阻尼阀大阻尼状态下开阀前阻尼系数,可以提升车辆的操纵性和状态转换时的舒适性;应用田口方法设计了大、中、小三级阻尼阀外特性参数,使悬架的性能更加稳健.

     

    Abstract: According to the features of vibration response of hydro-pneumatic balanced suspension, the method to design external characteristics of adjustable damping valve of suspension was put forward. The parameters of three-grade damping external characteristics were designed based on Taguchi method. The external characteristics of shock absorber were optimized to improve the transient response characteristic, riding and wheel ground adhesion index. The designed results indicate that, under stiff damping condition, the handling and start-up comfort of vehicle are acceptable in comfort by designing the damping coefficient at low frequency properly. In addition, the performance of suspension is more robust.
