弹流润滑球轴承-转子系统非线性动力学分析

Analysis of the Nonlinear Dynamic Behaviors of a Rotor-Ball Bearing System with Elasto-Hydrodynamic Lubrication

  • 摘要: 以球轴承为研究对象,求解滚动体与内外圈在弹流润滑状态下的刚度-阻尼. 基于该动态刚度和阻尼建立动力学微分方程,采用数值方法得到转子系统在不同转速和径向游隙下的分岔图、相图、庞加莱图和轴心轨迹图等,分析轴承不同转速和游隙对轴承转子系统动态特性的影响. 研究表明游隙和转速是影响系统非线性特性的重要因素,具有动态刚度和阻尼的滚动轴承-转子系统显示出了更为复杂的动力学特性.

     

    Abstract: To calculate the stiffness and damping between ball and inner/outer race under the status of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) contact on the surface, the dynamic differential equations of stiffness-damping were established. The system equations were numerically integrated to obtain the results of bifurcation diagram, phase diagram, Poincaré diagram and orbits plots. The effects of radial clearance and rotational speed on the dynamic behaviors were analyzed. The results show that both radial clearance and rotational speed are important factors for the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system. The rotor-ball bearing system with dynamic stiffness-damping property displays more complex dynamic characteristics.
