质酸金的合成及性质研究

Synthesis of Au(Ⅲ) Hyaluronate and Its Properties

  • 摘要: 为获得透明质酸新的功能,对其进行结构修饰. 以氯金酸、透明质酸钠为原料合成质酸金. 通过元素分析、冷场扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振分析对其结构进行了表征,对肺癌细胞A549、肝癌细胞BEL7402增殖影响进行了研究. 结果表明,在高剂量下对肝癌细胞BEL7402的增殖有明显的抑制活性,对肺癌细胞A549的增殖有边缘抑制活性.

     

    Abstract: Hyaluronic acid has a good property of biological consistence and being utilized in pharmaceulical practice. To find its new properties for pharmaceulical practice, a structural modification of hyaluronic acid was made into gold hyaluronate. The gold hyaluronate was synthesized by the coordination reaction of gold chloride and sodium hyaluronate. Its structure was characterized by EA, EDS, FTIR spectra and 1HNMR. Its biological activity on lung cancer cell A549 and hepatoma cell BEL7402 was studied by MTT method. It is found that, under high dose case, that the growth of BEL7402 is obviously restricted and that of A549 is marginally restricted.
