亚波长双光栅共振光谱与角谱展宽特征研究
Characteristic Study on Resonant Spectra and Angular Spectral Broadenings of Sub-Wavelength Dual-Grating Structures

摘要: 提出了一种亚波长双光栅结构,并用涂布及全息干涉光刻的方法制作了该结构,检验了其共振光谱的特征. 分析了亚波长光栅的共振光谱和角谱的带宽展宽、线形改善的原理,用数值模拟的方式研究了双光栅和亚波长光栅的共振光谱和角谱的带宽展宽、线形改良的规律. 研究表明:双光栅是性能较好的防伪光栅微结构,可以展宽亚波长光栅的共振光谱、角谱的带宽并能改善光谱线形,获得更佳的彩色光变效果.Abstract: A grating structure, sub-wavelength dual-grating structure is presented. This structure is experimentally fabricated using the holographic interference lithography and coating processes. Its resonant spectral characteristics are also tested. Furthermore, the mechanisms and rules of the spectral bandwidth broadening and line-shape improvement of dual-grating and single-grating are studied thoroughly using the vector diffraction theory. Results indicate that the sub-wavelength dual grating is a kind of grating structure with potential for achieving higher security performance and better colorific variable effects. It can be used to broaden its resonant spectra and angular spectral bandwidths and to improve its spectral line-shapes.
