Variable Polarization Monopulse Antenna Based on Sequentially Rotational Subarray

摘要: 基于电磁波极化合成理论,设计了一种Ka波段变极化单脉冲微带阵列天线. 该天线可由多个顺序旋转的线极化子阵组成,通过改变各个子阵的激励相位实现极化捷变. 仿真和实测结果表明,三子阵及四子阵的圆极化纯度较高,和波束波瓣宽度内交叉极化大于20dB,轴比小于3dB;差波束双峰不平度小于1dB,零值深度大于30dB.Abstract: The development of a Ka-band monopulse variable polarization antenna is presented, based on polarization synthesis theory. This kind of microstrip array antenna consists of several linearly polarized subarrays of rotational symmetry, and change the polarization mode by adjusting the phase of each subarray. The circular polarization of three subarrays and four subarrays has high polarization purity with over 30dB cross-polarization and less than 3dB axial ratio within the half power beamwidth; and the imbalance of two peaks in difference beam is less than 1dB, and null depth is over 30dB.
