虚拟环境下的管路布局与装配仿真系统关键技术

Pipe Layout and Assembly Technology in Virtual Environment

  • 摘要: 针对航空、航天、船舶、汽车等行业广泛存在的管路系统,为了解决管路布局数据繁琐、布局复杂的特点,提出了一种在虚拟环境下基于可控模型的管路布局与装配仿真方法. 为了实现导管模型的可控性,建立了基于控制点描述的导管模型,该模型数据量小,操作快速方便,拟实性高,易于重复修改. 提出了普通管和悬置管两种布局方式,以满足不同的布局要求,并将布局工作与装配过程仿真紧密结合,提高了布局方案的可实施性. 开发了原型系统并对提出的方法进行了验证.

     

    Abstract: Pipe layout design and assembly planning method in virtual environment (VE) with controllable model was put forward. This model was based on control point description to achieve its controllable speciality. The method can improve the efficiency of pipe layout work because this kind of model has the merits of small data package, easy control, high fidelity and is easily to edit or rework. To adapt different requirements of pipe layout work, two kinds of layout method were put forward. To reduce the waste of material generated by incorrect layout result, a method of integrating layout work and assembly planning was brought forward to support the field production. An antitype system has been developed to validate the above methods.
