阀系预紧力对减振器开阀点的影响分析

Influence of Valve Settings Pretension Force on the Valve-Opening Points of Shock Absorber

  • 摘要: 研究阀系预紧力对减振器开阀点节流阀片节流压差的影响. 以活塞阀系总成为例,用有限元仿真和理论计算相结合的方法,建立了阀系预紧力与节流阀片在开阀点的节流压差之间的数学关系. 根据建立的数学模型,分析活塞阀体弹性模量和节流阀片弹性模量对预紧力作用的影响. 实例分析结果表明,活塞阀体弹性模量变化对预紧力的作用影响较大,节流阀片弹性模量的变化对预紧力的作用影响较小. 随着活塞阀体弹性模量的增大,阀系预紧力对开阀点节流阀片节流压差的影响减小;节流阀片弹性模量的变化对阀系预紧力的作用影响可以忽略.

     

    Abstract: The influence of valve settings pretension force on the pressure difference caused by deflected disc at the valve-opening point is studied in this paper. Taking piston valve setting for instance, based on finite element simulation and theoretical calculation, the mathematical relationship between pretension force and the pressure difference caused by deflected disc at the valve-opening point is found. Based on the mathematical model, the influence of piston valve bodys elastic modulus and deflected discs elastic modulus are analyzed. Finally the paper shows that the smaller the elastic modulus of piston valve body, the greater influence the pretension force has on the pressure difference, and the influence of the change of the elastic modulus of deflected disc on pretension forces function is very small.
