摘要: 提出一种基于最优化理论的离合器接合曲线的修正算法. 根据原始曲线基本结构,通过对哈密顿函数的判断来修正原始曲线,得到新的离合器接合曲线. 建立与发动机实时反馈的离合器模型,对修正算法进行了计算机仿真. 结果表明,该算法原理正确,修正所得到的新曲线在接合过程中比原曲线在滑磨功和冲击度方面有明显的降低.Abstract: A new method for revising the curve of clutch engagement based on optimization theory is proposed. Through judging from Hamiltonian function, a new engagement curve can be obtained by correcting the structure of the original curve. Computer simulations are conducted with this method by establishing the clutch model which receives real-time feedback from engine and the results indicate that the principle of the method is correct. The new engagement curve has better performances than the original curve in friction work and jerk.
