石英音叉陀螺机械及静电耦合误差的消除

Elimination of Mechanical and Electrostatic Coupling Errors in Quartz Tuning Fork Gyroscopes

  • 摘要: 为了消除石英音叉陀螺中音叉不对称产生的机械耦合误差及驱动电极与拾取电极间分布电容引入的静电耦合误差,分别采用了质量平衡调节消除机械耦合误差及设计补偿电路消除静电耦合误差的方法. 实验结果表明,该方法基本消除了石英音叉陀螺的机械和静电耦合误差,陀螺性能得到明显提高.

     

    Abstract: To eliminate the mechanical coupling error caused by the asymmetry of quartz tuning forks and the electrostatic coupling error caused by the distributed capacitance between the driving electrode and the picking up electrode, mass balancing method is used to decrease mechanical coupling error and a compensation circuit is designed to compensate the electrostatic coupling error. It has been shown by experiments that the mechanical coupling error and electrostatic coupling error were basically eliminated, and the performance of quartz tuning fork gyroscope was improved obviously.
