滑移爆轰作用下药型罩的变形分析

Distortion of a Liner Under Sliding Detonation

  • 摘要: 研究了滑移爆轰作用下药型罩的变形. 利用动量守恒定律,求出爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)的转速, 利用滑移爆轰理论,计算出作用在药型罩阶梯上的冲量<em<I,并对不同锥角、壁厚及不同阶梯偏移角、深度药型罩的变形过程进行了数值模拟. 研究结果表明,冲量I</em<是使得形成的EFP产生旋转的主要因素; EFP转速大小与药型罩锥角、壁厚和阶梯偏移角及阶梯深度有关.

     

    Abstract: The distortion of a liner under sliding detonation is studied. Making use of the momentum conservation law, the spin velocity of an explosively formed projectile is obtained. Impulse acting on the liner fluted surface is calculated by slippage detonation. And the distortion of liner with different angle, thickness and different fluted angle, fluted depth is simulated. The results showed that impulse acting on the liner fluted surface is the main complication producing rotation of EFP and the rotation velocity of EFP is related to the liner angle, liner thickness, fluted angle and fluted depth.
