越野车辆的自动变速系统

Automatic Shift Control Systems(ASCS) in Off-Road Vehicles

  • 摘要: 基于CAN总线通信,利用机、电、液、气一体化控制技术,为一种越野车辆研制了机械自动变速系统. 根据车辆传动系统的特点,设计了自动变速操纵机构、系统控制电路和控制软件,自动变速操纵机构的设计保留了车辆应急状态下的人工干预功能,电控系统的设计实现了系统与其它车载系统的车辆信息共享,在优化车辆整体性能的同时,进一步降低了系统的成本,并实现了动力传动一体化控制. 实车试验结果表明,系统的各项设计达到了实际运用的要求.

     

    Abstract: Based on the CAN bus, using the incorporated control involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, a scheme of automatic control system used on the off-road vehicles is introduced. According to the characteristics of the transmission system, the automatic shifting, the control electro-circuit and the control software is designed. The manual operational function of automatic shifting is reserved, in case the system fails to function. The information of the vehicle are shared between the ASCS and other systems in order to optimize the capability of the vehicle and decrease the cost. The engine and the gear-box are controlled as a whole. Performance experiments showed that the system attained satisfactory results.
