厚炉衬中频感应炉及其应用前景

Intermediate Frequency Induction Furnace with Thick Lining and Its Application in Prospect

  • 摘要: 针对中频感应炉炉衬过薄问题,设计了一种全新的电路拓扑感应加热中频电源. 验证了半<em<Q值谐振中频感应加热电源具有Q</em<值越高输出功率越大的反常功率输出特性. 应用该电源的中频感应炉炉衬厚度达到了炉膛直径的1/4,试验了内层110mm镁砂砖砌筑、外层90mm石英砂打结的双层结构炉衬. 试验数据表明,这种具有双层厚炉衬结构的感应炉可以大大提高中间包的炉衬寿命,被广泛应用于熔炼、冶炼、感应透热等领域.

     

    Abstract: Intermediate frequency induction furnace has normally a thin lining. A new circuit topology of intermediate frequency power supply for induction heating is proposed. The thickness of induction furnace lining reaches 1/4 of furnace diameter in such a power supply, a double layer lining structure with 110mm masonry magnesia brick inner lining and 90mm rammed silica sand outer lining was tested. Intermediate frequency induction furnaces with thick linings possess outstanding advantages in large capacity melting, smelting, induction heat treatment, and other heating applications.
