氨基树脂型膨胀阻燃剂的合成及应用研究

Synthesis and Application of an Amino Resinous Intumescent Flame Retardant

  • 摘要: 合成了一种氨基树脂型膨胀阻燃剂,该阻燃剂的红外光谱表明,主要成分为双环笼状含磷大分子. 将其应用于软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(FPUF),添加30%的阻燃剂可使材料氧指数达26.5%. 锥形量热分析结果表明,阻燃FPUF的热量释放、烟气排放降低,动力学参数热解活化能降低54kJ·mol<sup<-1</sup<,说明阻燃剂对软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的热解具有催化成炭作用.

     

    Abstract: An amino resinous intumescent flame retardant was synthesized. Its composition was a caged bicyclic macromolecule containing phosphorus characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR), which was applied to flexible polyurethane foam (FPUF). 30% weight of flame retardants were added into FPUF to get 26.5% of the limiting oxygen index. Cone calorimeter data showed that the release of heat, smoke and gas was much decreased while the activation energy for the decomposition of sample has been decreased by 54kJ·mol<sup<-1</sup<, which showed that the intumescent flame retardant (IFR) can catalyze decomposition and carbonization of the FPUF.
