一维光子晶体多缺陷耦合的多通道滤波
Multi-Channel Filter Based on Defects Coupled in One-Dimensional Photonic Crystal

摘要: 利用传输矩阵法研究了含有多个缺陷且缺陷等距分布的一维光子晶体的透射谱.通过计算一个由1/4波片堆组成5个缺陷的一维光子晶体的透射比,发现缺陷间的距离每增加1个周期,禁带中的5个透射峰均向中心波长靠近,且1号峰向长波方向移到距离增加前2号峰的波长处,5号峰向短波方向移动到距离增加前的4号峰波长处.通过镀膜工艺,制备了这种缺陷结构,并用MP-5000分光光度计对其特性进行了测量.结果表明,实验结果与理论结果一致.缺陷层之间距离与透射峰位置的对应关系,对于多通道滤波器设计具有参考价值.Abstract: The transmission spectrum of one-dimensional photonic crystal which has multidefect in equidistant distribution is investigated using the optical transmission matrix method.Quarter-wave stack photonic crystals with five defects is calculated.The results show that,when the distance between the defects is increased for a period,the transmission peaks tend to close to the central wavelength,the first transmission peak shifts to the position where the second peak exist,and the fifth transmission peak shifts to the position where the fourth one exist.The structure is fabricated by the coating process,and then transmission peaks are measured by a MP-5000 spectrophotometer.Experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculation.The corresponding relationship between the distance of the defects and the position of transmission peaks is directive and meaningful for designing the multi-channel filter.
