Manufacturing Planning Information Modeling for Mass Customization

  • 摘要: 研究大规模定制环境下零件制造规划的生成方法.以系统信息建模工具为基础,利用面向对象的系统分析法描述制造过程中静态和动态的特征信息,分析从零件设计到NC代码生成的制造规划过程中各层信息、活动及其相关关系,提出了采用特征层、零件层和系统层的三层决策机制建立制造规划模型.实现了从制造资源能力到加工计划的计算机辅助生成,以实例证明了该方法的可行性.

     

    Abstract: For the generation of manufacturing planning(MP) in mass customization,information modeling for tiered activities in CAPP is studied.Based on systematic information modeling,information,activities,and its relationship in manufacturing planning are analyzed.Object-oriented systems analysis(OSA) approach is made use of to describe the static and dynamic characteristics of information involved in manufacturing planning.Thereby,the correlative relationships within the MP between part design and manufacturing planning can be properly described.A tri-level decision-making mechanism is employed to formularize the manufacturing planning model.Thus computer aided manufacturing planning(CAMP) under certain manufacturing resources are realized.Finally a case study of manufacturing planning is presented to verify the feasibility of the method.
