柴油机排放的遗传算法优化研究

Study on Emission Optimization Applying Genetic Algorithms in Diesel Engines

  • 摘要: 基于13工况国Ⅲ排放实验循环,应用遗传算法技术对一款国产4 L电控单体泵高速柴油机排放进行了全局优化.优化的决策变量为喷射正时.优化目标为在满足国Ⅲ排放约束目标的前提下使全局油耗最低.通过较少的迭代计算得到了理想的优化结果.结果表明,NOx和PM排放达到了国Ⅲ排放法规的标准,并且油耗最低.

     

    Abstract: The paper deals with a problem of global emission optimization using genetic algorithms in diesel engine with electrical unit pump,based on the experimental conditions of nation Ⅲ 13 stages cycle.The engine parameters controlled in the optimization was injection timing.The optimization goal is to minimize specific consumption(BSFC) with respect to the nationⅢ emission standard.The optimum results showed significant improvements for the NOx and particulate emissions(PM).Moreover,the final optimized results met the nation Ⅲ emissions targets.
