爆炸成型杆式侵彻体对水介质间隔装甲侵彻的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation Study of Explosion Formed Rod-Liked Penetrator on Penetrating Water-Partitioned Armor

  • 摘要: 应用有限元动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对爆炸成型杆式侵彻体侵彻水介质间隔装甲的过程进行了数值模拟,并结合实验校核了数值模拟算法、模型及材料参数,使模拟结果与实验结果相吻合.探讨了爆炸成型杆式侵彻体侵彻水介质间隔装甲的规律,以及不同药型罩结构和爆轰波形对杆式侵彻体侵彻性能的影响.

     

    Abstract: The whole process of explosion formed rod-liked penetrator(EFRP) penetrating water-partitioned armor was simulated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element dynamic code.The simulation results were contrasted with experimental data to validate the numerical simulation algorithm and constitutive or state equations for simulation materials,as well as to rectify the model and material parameters.The rule of EFRP penetrating water-partitioned armor,and the effects of different liner structures and detonation wave shapes to EFRP are discussed,so as to find out the correlative factors affecting the penetrating power.
