光机热集成分析中数据转换接口研究

Study on the Data Transfer Interface in the Thermal/Structural/Optical Integrated Analysis

  • 摘要: 研究结构和热分析与光学分析之间的数据处理与格式转换.采用Zernike多项式作为接口工具,引入数据传输自动化技术,用Matlab编制了用于数据转换的接口程序,进行软件间的数据传输.以一甚高分辨率空间望远镜的主镜为例进行了光机热的集成分析,对变形后的系统重新优化.仿真结果表明了所用方法的正确性和接口程序的有效性.

     

    Abstract: Data processing methods and file formats between thermal,structural and optical analyses are studied.An interface program,adopting techniques of automation in data transfer,is developed with the Matlab language to transfer data between different codes.To verify the validity of the program,the primary mirror of some VHRT(very high resolution telescope)is taken as example.Its performance after applying thermal load was analyzed using thermal/structural/optical integrated method of analysis and the system was then re-optimized.The results proved the correctness of the method and validity of the interface program.
