导弹弹射系统中缓冲制动锥的轴压特性

Mechanical Characteristics of the Braking Cylindrical Shells of Missile Ejector Under Axial Compression

  • 摘要: 针对壁厚线性变化的制动锥,提出了等效壁厚概念,并按分段能量等效的方式得到了考虑应变强化效应的制动锥轴压力学模型.同时采用理论分析、有限元计算和实验手段研究了弹射系统中缓冲制动锥的轴压变形和力学行为,3种方法得到的结果基本一致.所提出的制动锥轴压力学模型可为制动锥的工程设计、性能预测以及武器系统的发射动力学分析提供参考.

     

    Abstract: For the linear thickness braking cylindrical shells,a concept of equivalent thickness is given.Based on the energy equivalent method of subsections,a mechanical model of linear thickness braking cylindrical shells has been arrived,taking into account the strain hardening of structural material.The deformation and mechanical characteristics of the braking cylindrical shells of missile ejector under axial compression are studied using theoretical analysis,FEM and experimentation.The results by the three methods are essentially identical.The theoretical model of linear thickness braking cylindrical shells can be used in the engineering design and mechanical forecasting of the braking cylindrical shells and in the launching dynamic analysis of the weapon system.
