Serialization of Control Units for Time-Dased High-Pressure Fuel Injection Systems

摘要: 开发面向时间控制式柴油机喷油系统的控制单元,设计了单一ECU对4,6,8和12缸发动机的分缸独立控制算法.研究不同缸数和不同布置形式的发动机输入信号模式和与之相对应的控制逻辑,采用dSPACE系统产生模拟真实输入信号的波表,接入到开发完成的控制器中,实现了多缸系列化的控制目标.通过基于CAN总线的初始设置,将所设计的控制系统分别应用到了4缸和6缸电控单体泵柴油机上.Abstract: A control unit of time-based diesel fuel injection system was developed,which can be used for 4,6,8 and 12 cylinder independent operation.The control algorithm for various cylinder numbers and disposal was discussed.In order to simulate the different occasion,the real input signal was produced by dSPACE waveform and connected to the control unit.After simple initial setup via CAN,the control unit was tested on 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder electronic unit pump diesel engines.
