弹丸垂直贯穿混凝土靶的数值研究

Numerical Studies on A Projectile Perforating Concrete Targets

  • 摘要: 根据弹丸垂直贯穿混凝土靶实验数据确定混凝土材料计算参数,在此基础上利用LS-DYNA有限元软件研究弹丸着速对混凝土靶贯穿效应的影响.数值计算结果表明,当弹、靶材料及尺寸固定时,靶面漏斗坑直径、靶背崩落直径均随弹丸着速增大而增大,二者与着速近似成正比;贯穿过程中的最大过载也随着速增大而增大,但是不同着速下弹丸减速度曲线形态相似.

     

    Abstract: A projectile perforating concrete target is numerically simulated using LS-DYNA software.The calculation parameters of concrete material are determined by the experiments.Experiments are conducted for perforation of a projectile against concrete target by use of on-board recording system.Projectiles with different initial velocities perforating concrete targets are studied.From the simulation results,relations of the crater diameter and scabbing diameter were obtained vs.initial velocity for fixed projectile and concrete target.The maximum deceleration value becomes larger and larger with increasing initial velocity,but the shape of deceleration curves remains similar.The results presented by this paper can provide some reference for the experiments or design in perforating concrete target.
