超薄结构件的高频群脉冲电解加工工艺研究

摘要: 针对超薄金属结构件的电解加工问题,阐述了高频群脉冲电解加工(HGPECM)的信号构成、加工过程中频率对反向电流的影响以及阴极设计方法,并进行了工艺实验验证.实验结果表明:高频群脉冲能显著改善极间电解液流场特性并降低电极钝化而获得良好的加工效果;随主脉冲频率的升高,可明显改善加工质量,所获得的加工尺寸精度可达到3040μm,粗糙度0.300.35μm的水平,证明高频群脉冲电解加工可成功应用于微小型零件的制造.Abstract: Signal composition of the high frequency group pulse,influence of the frequency to the reversed current and the design of the cathode in the high frequency group pulse electrochemical machining(HGPECM) in the processing of ultrathin metal structure parts are discussed.Experiments on processing are carried out.The results indicated that the characteristics of the inter-electrode gap flow field are significantly improved.Electrode passivation is reduced and high quality in machining is obtained.The machining quality is obviously improved with an increase in the main pulse frequency.The dimensional accuracy is reaches up to 30?μm to 40?μm and surface roughness attains 0.30?μm to(0.35?μm.) It is expected that HGPECM can be successfully used in the processing of micro-parts.
