Effects of Variation in the Content of Si and Mn on the Properties of Steel 35CrNi3MoVA

  • 摘要: 研究比较了2个炉号35C rN i3M oVA钢在杂质元素S i,M n含量变化的情况下bσ、冲击韧性Akv、显微组织及晶粒度,并测算了KIC与Akv的关系,探讨了S i,M n含量波动对韧性影响的机制.测试分析结果表明:杂质元素含量的波动对其强度、显微组织结构及晶粒度的影响不大,但对Akv及断口形貌的影响较为显著.在该钢中,当M n含量较高,P和S i含量较低时,Akv具有提高的趋势,其断口撕裂棱较高,韧窝较深.

     

    Abstract: The strength(σb), impact toughness(Akv), microstructure and grain fineness of two batches of steel 35CrNi3MoVA are studied regarding variations in the content of Si & Mn. The effects of Si & Mn's variation on toughness is discussed, and the related curve between KIC and Akv analyzed. Test results showed the effect of impurity elements on the toughness and fractography, are more marked on those of other properties. In addition, the value of Akv is elevated, the fracture tearing edge is higher and the tearing dimple is deeper on the condition of higher Mn, lower Si in this steel.
