压电引信传感器设计与研究

摘要: 研究一种高响应时间、万向触发的引信用压电传感器.通过分析武器系统使用条件和触发引信技术要求,提出了采用PZT-5型压电陶瓷的压电引信传感器设计方案,并论述了该引信传感器的工作原理及调试方法.性能实验结果表明,该压电引信传感器较好地解决了压电触发引信的万向性问题,与同类触发引信相比响应时间更快、工作更可靠.实际应用试验也证明其满足武器使用要求.Abstract: A piezoelectric fuze transducer with high transient and omnidirectional characteristics is developed. By analyzing the service conditions to be met in weapon systems and the technical specifications for a contact fuze, the design plan of piezoelectric fuze applying piezoelectric porcelain PZT-5 is put forward. The operational principle and method of adjustment of the fuze transducer are then clarified. Performance experiments showed that the piezoelectric fuze transducer can solve the problem of omnidirectionality for piezoelectric fuze, having fast response time and high reliability. Application tests proved that the piezoelectric fuze met the service requirements.
