摘要: 合成了2种新型的环糊精衍生化蛋白质.将牛血清白蛋白和胰酶分别与β-环糊精以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为交联剂,在pH=8.7的硼酸缓冲液中进行反应,反应温度为37℃,反应时间为4h,反应后的衍生化蛋白质具有生物活性.产物应用红外光谱及质谱进行结构测定.实验证明,这种新型的衍生物可以作为手性选择剂用于手性化合物的分离.Abstract: New cyclodextrin derived proteins were synthesized. β-cyclodextrin was linked to bovine serum albumin and pancreatin by using ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as a cross linking agent in H3BO3 buffer (pH=8.7) at 37 ℃ for 4 h and the derived proteins have bioactivity. Their structures were determined by FTIP and MALDI-TOFMS. these new derivatives can be used as chiral selectors for the separation of chiral compounds.
