Simulation of the Secondary Air Injection System for JS125-12A Motorcycle

摘要: 为了提高二次空气喷射系统的补气效果,建立了摩托车发动机模型,应用内燃机性能分析软件AVLBOOST,对JS125-12A型摩托车发动机进行性能计算,并与试验值进行了对比分析.在此基础上,建立二次空气喷射系统模型,并对包括补气孔位置、补气管直径、补气角度以及补气阀簧片刚度等二次空气喷射系统的主要设计参数进行性能预测和优化.结果显示,二次空气喷射点与排气口的距离为30mm,补气管直径为8mm,补气角度选择30°~60°,簧片刚度在100~500N/m之间取值时,二次空气喷射系统与发动机有最佳匹配.Abstract: In order to enhance the air compensating effect of the secondary air injection system, a model for a motorcycle engine is set up and the performances of the model JS125-12A are calculated and analyzed by using the engine performance analyzing software package of AVL BOOST. On the basis, the model of the secondary air injection system is set up, and the main design factors of the secondary air injection system including the intake position, the diameter of the intake pipe,the intake angle and the valve spring rate, are forecasted and optimized. The results reveal that the secondary air injection system matches engine well when the distance between the secondary air injection point and the exhaust port is (30 mm,) the diameter of the intake pipe is (8 mm,) the intake angle ranges from 30°~60° and the valve spring rate ranges from 100~500 N/m.
