Abstract: The existence of positive solutions for a nonlinear singular three point boundary value problem is studied. After turning the boundary value problems into equivalent operator equations, the existence of the fixed point for the operator equations is obtained. Besides, the sufficient conditions which guarantee the existence of positive solutions for this problem are provided.
