Preparation and Properties of SiO<SUB<2</SUB</PA6 Composites

摘要: 探索聚酰胺胺(PAMAM)树形分子在复合材料体系中作无机粒子表面处理剂的应用。用PAMAM树形分子对沉淀白碳黑进行表面处理,并制备SiO<sub<2<sub</PA6复合材料;用TEM、WD-300电子万能试验机、HAKKE平板流变仪等研究了PAMAM的分子代数、用量对SiO<sub<2<sub</PA6复合材料的微观结构、力学性能及流变性能的影响。结果表明,PAMAM树形分子能有效改善沉淀白碳黑在基质中的分散状态,提高沉淀白碳黑的增强效果,并改善复合体系的流变性能。Abstract: The application of poly(amidoamine)(PAMAM) dendrimer as a surface treatment agent of inorganic particle was discussed. The micro-structure,mechanical properties and rheological properties of SiO<SUB<2</SUB</ PA6 composites with SiO<SUB<2</SUB< treated by different PAMAM generations and different PAMAM contents were investigated. It was shown that the dispersing condition of SiO<SUB<2</SUB< treated by PAMAM was improved obviously, the reinforcing action of SiO<SUB<2</SUB< was enhanced, and the rheological properties of SiO<SUB<2</SUB</PAMAM/PA6 composites were also improved.
