摘要: 以变输入转速下泵控马达恒速系统为对象,分析轴向柱塞泵变量控制机构的控制机制和斜盘变量机构力矩特性,建立了变输入转速情况下泵的流量控制模型,针对泵转速扰动提出了扰动乘积补偿和PI控制综合抑制方法。并在仿真软件EASY5上建立了泵控马达系统和变量泵排量控制仿真模型,对变量泵变量时间和转速扰动抑制进行了系列仿真。结果表明,在剧烈输入转速扰动和负载压力扰动下泵输出流量依然能保持恒定。Abstract: Introduces the application of a pump controlled motor system, and expounds the flow control principle of axial-piston pump under time-varying input speed. Torque characteristics on swash plate of the axial piston pump is studied. Mathematic model for the flow control is derived for the pump running under a time-varying input speed. The control scheme which is a combination of pump input speed product compensation and closed loop PI controller is designed to constrain the speed disturbance. A simulation model of pump controlled motor system is established on the simulation software EASY5. Results of simulation showed that the displacement adjusting time of the pump agreed with the manufacturer's curve.
