摘要: 为满足高推力永磁直线同步电动机的速度伺服要求,选择IP速度控制器,借助在线辨识的方法对直线电机的动子质量、粘滞摩擦因数和推力波动进行辨识,并分别利用在线和离线补偿的方式,对推力扰动进行电流补偿.仿真结果表明,离线补偿使系统的速度波动降低,在线补偿使系统具有很强的鲁棒伺服性.Abstract: For the velocity servo requirements of high thrust permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, IP velocity controller is chosen and the mover mass of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, coefficient of viscous friction and thrust ripple are identified via the online identification method, then the thrust disturbance is compensated separately with current by online and offline compensation methods. Simulation showed that offline compensation decreases the system velocity ripple and the servo system has robust servo performance with online compensation.
