叶片式减振器的特性分析和液压参数识别

Analysis of Characteristics and Identification of Hydraulic Parameters of Vane Dampers

  • 摘要: 通过对叶片式减振器的结构进行分析,建立了叶片式减振器的液压模型.结合对试验台结构非线性的分析,提出了一套对叶片式减振器示功图试验曲线进行数据处理的方法.对处理结果进行多项式拟合,可以识别出该减振器的液压参数,不同温度的减振器试验数据和利用拟合参数的计算结果对比,证明了所得参数的有效性;这些参数为该减振器的工艺改进和可控性改造提供了依据.

     

    Abstract: A hydraulic model is established based on an analysis of structure of the vane damper. Based on an analysis of the nonlinear character of the test bed, a data processing method on the displacement-force curve of the damper is worked out. With this, the hydraulic parameters of the damper are identified using polynomial fitting. Comparison of the test data and the results of calculation with the fitting parameters shows that the values of fitting parameters are valid.
