Fuzzy Synthetic Estimation of Multi-Process Planning Schemes in CAPP

  • 摘要: 分析CAPP系统多工艺方案存在的原因及其影响因素,从零件特征的划分、特征加工方法的多样性、制造资源的动态性、工艺设计原则的多态性和复杂性等方面分析工艺规划时多种工艺方案产生的原因,给出一种表达零件特征加工方法和制造资源之间递阶网络层次结构.以产品质量、生产成本和生产周期为基础,构造了工艺方案评价分层指标树,建立了工艺设计方案的模糊综合评价模型.经过实例分析符合实际生产情况,实现了CAPP系统工艺方案的优化.

     

    Abstract: Factors leading to the existence of multi-process schemes and influencing factors were analyzed, in particular the sequencing of parts and features, diversity of processing methods, dynamic characters of manufacturing resources, and complexity of processing design principles, and many others. A step-up network layer structure is proposed that expresses the features of processing of parts and the manufacturing resources. For their estimation a process scheme sorting layer tree is set up. The fuzzy synthetic estimation module is founded based on the product quality, manufacturing cost and production cycle. It has been adopted to cases in production and has realized the optimization of process schemes in CAPP.
