Numerical Solution of Penetration Model with Instantaneous Non-Reversible Reactions

摘要: 为了解决液相伴有瞬时不可逆反应传质过程没有精确的解析解的问题,提出了对其增强因数的数值解法,该方法可以精确解出扩散系数比r>0.05、计量浓度比S>1条件下任意r和S组合的增强因数值;将近似表达式中r的两个常数指数分别用两个S的函数f(S)和g(S)表示,并将它们分别表示为关于S的六参数函数;用Maquart法对f(S)和g(S)中的12个参数进行拟合,拟合方程的计算结果与数值精确解之间的最大相对误差小于0.5%.Abstract: In view of the fact that there is no precise analytic solution for a penetration mass transfer model accompanied with instantaneous non-reversible reactions in the liquid phase, a numerical solution method for the enhancement factor is developed. This method can be used to calculated the enhancement factor under the condition of the ratio of diffusivities r>005 and the ratio of stoichiometric concentrations S>1. The two constant exponents in the approximate equation of enhancement factor are expressed respectively as a six-parameter function f(S) and (g(S).) The numerical solution is fitted as the 12-parameter function by Maquart method. The maximum relative error between the fitting value and the numerical solution is less than 0\^5%.
